How to free discs from hubs???

Get one end of the vehicle off the floor, remove both hubs and slip the dude at the local garage £10 to press them out, go home, refit, do the same with the rear.

I had right problems seperating mine, well worth slipping the workshop a £10 to press apart and so much quicker and easier.

I think cutting through them is the easiest way. I had same problem with a Mondeo; they are notorius for it. They cut surprisingly easily with a hacksaw - when cut near to the hub try and split with a hammer & chisel - they should just fall away.

Well, I gave up in the end (seeing as my biggest BFH is a mere 2lb ball pein!) & sent them to my local engineering shop, assuming they would just stick them in their billion ton press.....

What they acually did was find three bolts whose length was the distance between the face of the disc and the rear face of the bub, stick a nut on each one, place them in the gap and gradually wound the nuts off untill the discs popped off!

They were tight enough to knacker the bolts threads but If I'd of thought of that I could have done them myself! :p

Still, only cost a tenner, so mustn't grumble! :)
