dunt get away from the fact that if an accident was to happen it would be your fault for over loading the vehicle and therefore you would be held responsable for any compo that was paid out.
and meanwhile back in the real world where accidents do happen and paralised folk do sue their mates when things go wrong. things are looking rosey for those fortunate enough to have the good sense to be well insured against the unexpected. Was very little chance of anything happening, we made sure everyone was comfortable and safe and that anything loose (including the bikes) were securely attatched and tied down. All the trips were up a single well surfaced lane and I didn't exceed 10-15 mph in second gear. If anything were to happen there wouldn't have been any 'compo' payouts as you put it, everyone on the vehicle were all close friends of mine and each other and all understood the circumstances. I was doing them a favour out of my own will not for hire or reward, and would have been riding myself if it wasn't for an injury I'd sustained mountain biking the previous weekend!
EER ye cheeky young whippersnapper!!!!Hi slob Your pacemaker dial is at Zero. try E-Bay for a replacemernt .Apart from being brain dead I hope you survive the replacement. If you do Have a Nice Day.
Isn't that one of the pre-pro Onetens that appeared in the original publicity shots? A bell is ringing somewhere that 52 was one of the diesels with selectable 4wd. Couls be a rare beast you've got there, unless someone's ruined it!
I'll have to dig out some contemporary mags and see if I can find anything.
All early OneTens had sliding windows.
btw your back tyre is the wrong way round! as a rule of thumb if the treads have any form of arrow in their pattern it should face forwards on the top of the wheel.
