Hey, just finished my rear door table and after reading all the good ideas I thought I'd show my idea. I ordered 2 rear door cards and fixed one in position then using piano hinges attached the second one on top of the door card, in this way the table is hidden a little. It's held in the up right by brass double ball catches.
