Block of wood against the flange and hit the block with a lump hammer, just keep your head out of the way. You could also lower the VCU and centre bearings first and the flange usually drops down on it's own. Also a good idea to put something soft on the floor first so as not to damage the drive train. You also have to turn one of the back wheels to give you access to the diffs top flange bolts, they then become the bottom flange bolts
