Linette, if you discover the cause of your vehicle's problem please keep us informed. My friend has a BMW 316 with a similar problem. He has changed the head gasket, water pump, head skimmed, thermostat but still boils but radiator not getting hot in the middle.He hasnt had it that long and previous owner had put radweld or summat in it. Hes tried flushing it out with a hose. The heater gets warm initially then goes cold just before it boils. He has ordered another radiator as he reckons it may be bunged up with radweld.![]()
