Paint will keep the rust at bay.
Usually best give a coat (or 2) of that rust curer tipex-ey stuff first then few coats of protection.

Andtake the clip off the top (secured with an 8mm head setscrew, it rusts badly under there

Just buy a bottle of Phosphoric acid, available in supermarkets over here, can also be bought on line I think.

Got one of the four hub bolts stuck fast it's a 15 mill that's been rounded off so heated up and banged on a a/f size a 14mm wouldn't go on it I've sprayed it with release lube will leave it overnight any more suggestions as to getting poxy thing out much appreciated
