hi all, I recently purchased this series 3 whitch has a Nissan 3litre engine in it but struggling to find exactly what engine it is and from what vehicle even though it's registered on v5 and I have original tags . Can any one help ?

Apparently it's an sd33 engine from a Nissan patrol
But I'm not sure about gearbox as iv googled it an all the gear boxes related to this appear to have an extra gear leaver, possibly separate one for diff lock. I will keep investigating
