No, I didn't. You are such amazingly kind and generous people.
The landrover is in Westbury (the police, who were brilliant...and loved the landy, had it removed to their place and the insurers took it from there to westbury). Its not so far away....a stones throw really.
Borrowing a trailer won't help....the thing we'd pull it with is what we need to bring home
And no, I won't ask for pink, I promise. The hope for me is to be LESS conspicuous. A nice matt pale grey
Excellent decision...although the buy back price seems a little high..never mind..you'll have more than enough for a good re-build and an extra car for when it breaks down..
Once you get it back, or if you already know, make a list of as many parts as possible then the hunt can begin. I can send you ebay links..or as i said before you may want to buy the lot from one place, in any case all the big panels. Do you have an ebay account?
I'm sure someone will be along to help with any transport issues.
I have enough beer, thanks!
Your first step should be what you want to do with your 90. Is it just you and your husband? You mentioned turning it into a truck cab possibly with a soft top covering on the back...the cabs are quite easy to get hold of...but the sticks and hoods can be expensive, especially if new...but they look great in my opinion.
How does that buy-back price equate with online cat C purchasers?
It seems high to me aswell, but you have to make the decision.

Thanks SO much to all who have been so kind and helpful, I am Aurora's DH and owner of the car (well, technically, the insurer is atm)...am a novice on forums so please excuse any faux pas!
