I've bought myself a series 3 that didn't last very long. I've found one on eBay what does everyone think? It's local which is the main reason I like this one is there anything I should be looking out for? Thanks

hope you didn't scrap the last one someone with time and skill will probably restore it if you sell it as a project

looks fine to me, chip the mud off the rear of the chassis and look for rot underneath

if the chassis number is still on the drivers side spring hanger you're onto a winner too as they're perfect for export and big money if you get bored

It looks okay, but will need work.

Buy it I say!

Chassis should be checked out all over along with the bulkhead. Those two things can be very time consuming to sort if it's very bad or in areas difficult to get to.

The rest is just time, so look at doors n stuff and if the engine runs along okayish. The engines aren't terribly expensive on these things.
