I've undone my injector and the main body has come out and the spring but the nozzle and end poce stuck on block any help would be great to get it out its on a 200 tdi

Thread broken
You might be able to drill into it, and screw in a self tapper, and use a slide hammer or other instrument.

If that doesn't work, take the head off and try and drift it out from inside.

I am reporting your thread, and it will get moved to a better section later.

I'm grearfull for help I did think of using a bolt extractor and unscrew it

Think the running it might not work as there is only the compression working for you, not a charge of diesel firing as well.
Probably also won't help that the engine is cold.
Wonder if starting it up then using easystart might help.
(I've used the slacken the clamp bolt & start it on my Sprinter when an injector is well glued in with the 'Black Death' & always worked, but the injector is functioning so you get the added power of a charge).

Only the nozzle and end cap are stuck as the main body came out but when I tried screwing it back in the thread on end cap broke

Yes. I was just wondering if an extra jolt from easystart sprayed into the intake might help shift it.

When I've used it on the Sprinter I've always pulled the intercooler pipe off & directly into the manifold.
Note that it is advised on the tin's label to squirt it in whilst the engine is being cranked - probably to stop the glow plugs igniting it!
