I've undone my injector and the main body has come out and the spring but the nozzle and end poce stuck on block any help would be great to get it out its on a 200 tdi
Thread brokenCan you screw main body back into nozzle, and keep turning clockwise?
You might be able to drill into it, and screw in a self tapper, and use a slide hammer or other instrument.Thread broken
I'm grearfull for help I did think of using a bolt extractor and unscrew itYou might be able to drill into it, and screw in a self tapper, and use a slide hammer or other instrument.
If that doesn't work, take the head off and try and drift it out from inside.
I am reporting your thread, and it will get moved to a better section later.
Just spin it over. But use extreme caution, the thing may come out like a bullet, and there will be diesel spraying around all over the place. How long do I run engine for to see if it pops out
Not surprised. It isn't really a recommended technique, which is why I didn't recommend it.Engine running but no movement

Have a new injector to replace itTry and pull it out with a screw, then.
But I suspect you will have to cancel the MOT anyway, unless you have a good spare injector in stock.
Did try n get a dill at it but no good as not enough room.I

Think the running it might not work as there is only the compression working for you, not a charge of diesel firing as well.
Probably also won't help that the engine is cold.
Wonder if starting it up then using easystart might help.
(I've used the slacken the clamp bolt & start it on my Sprinter when an injector is well glued in with the 'Black Death' & always worked, but the injector is functioning so you get the added power of a charge).
Worth a try where shall I spray it into the turbo or undo the intercooler pipe from inlet manifold and spray it directly into itYes. I was just wondering if an extra jolt from easystart sprayed into the intake might help shift it.
