Greetings from Gloucester !
This is the first time I have (EVER) posted on any type of forum so please be gentle with me.
Have already perused the site as a visitor and apologise for not having any juicy pictures of our MKI Discovery (need lessons on how to upload pictures -once taken). It took me 20 mins to find how to post this message. It seem that I am blinkered to the jolly obvious:hysterically_laughi.
We have had our discovery 'Lurch' for eight years now and had various (common) problems : Cylinder head, boot floor, fuel supply banjo, windows, door locks, steering damper, lift pump,fuel-injection pump and various welded patches (American patchwork quilts eat your hearts out). But after 225,000 miles I guess this is to be expected and I am sure that this is not unusual.
Please let me congratulate you for having such a well organised and informative site.
Best Wishes. Chas.
