Hi everyone,
I've just bought my first land rover and I'm pretty excited.
She's a Range Rover P38A '98 4.6 HSE (GEMS) with a Prinns LPG conversion.
I've moved from my BMW 730i (E38) which is a great car, but not so much in the snow
I'll be selling her as running 1 V8 is enough!
I was ideally looking for a THOR version as I'm familiar with the electrics from the 7 series, but this one came up in great condition and has been well looked after (she doesn't look 15 and like she's covered 125K).
I've already set to fixing some niggles:
These have all been researched with the help of posts already on here, so thanks everyone!
Cheers,
James

I've already set to fixing some niggles:
- Air compressor rattling (rubber mounts ordered)
- ALARM FAULT (replacement volumetric sensor on it's way)
- HT leads arcing (trying Allmakes4x4's 8mm's)
- Air suspension rising and falling (possible height sensor - first PM will be to Datatek for EAS cable
)
- Intermittent radio (sometimes comes on, sometimes hums - not researched yet)
- Valley gasket & clamps
- Heater core o rings (my father has replaced these without any dash removal or drilling - I'll be checking out his technique)
These have all been researched with the help of posts already on here, so thanks everyone!
Cheers,
James
