Hi everybody, i'm grant 22 thought it was about time i joined a landy forum as need some slight help regarding my clutch. I have a 109 hardtop, series 2, series 3 lookalike but am going to change the front back when i can get panels. it's fitted with a 4203 pekins 3.3. I just bought duncans landrover from MONARCH OF THE GLEN, went to get it last night but it was rotten!!! So didnt take it as it wasent as described on ebay. I used to have a 1973 88 hard top. Currently i've got a sunny gti-r and a mk2 rs2000. Speak to you soon in other forums!

Hi yersel, I thought the description on Ebay was fairly descriptive of a decrepit heap, the pictures told a similar story. How much did you bid out of interest?

This is a quote from ebay... THE BUYER WILL BE GETTING A BIT OF TV HISTORY AS WELL AS A LAND ROVER THAT CAN BE USED FOR VALUABLE PARTS OR PUT BACK ON THE ROAD WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF WORK.

Small amout of work consisted of... taking the body off plating the chassis up/replacing sections, new bulkhead, new seat tub, floors, drivers door, front grill panel, new tyres etc. £693 was a bit to much to pay to have a few spares for my one, as my intention was to put it on the road. Hopefully somebody can/will but i just dont want to spend that sort of money.
