Heavy Duty Drive Member Flanges

Seem to get through my rear drive member flanges (1990 H Reg 110) every two year or about 5k. Are there any heavy duty ones anyone can recommend? (Mine are the less protruding type)

If you put HD flanges on, your drive shafts will wear quicker. If you need drive flanges so often your shafts are already worn, or you need to be gentler...... The flanges are a weak spot, because they can be changed in 5 mins if needed

Also are you using oem or pattern parts?

On a Rover axle I prefer one piece half shafts from a Discovery.

And grease the splines.

Replaced both half shafts and new heavy duty driving members. 10 minutes a side. Nice easy job

and cheap too - we had a Toyota Landcruiser in work the other day with failed drive members - That would be £1000 sir..... flanges and shafts
