Thanks I'll have a look in the morning , I've already switched the bullet connectors from the black red (no power) to the blue white in front of the radiator and headlights did come on when I put full beam on but this surely only confirms that the black/ red wire doesn't however power to it .
However when I put side light wire into back of switch where headlight wire currently positioned sidelights come on so it's not the power to the switch. I'll definitely try the column switch tomorrow when I get the battery recharged as it died due to me trying to get lights to work all day
Could the fact that land rover seems to work without any fuses be anything obvious ?
