Still ticking things off the endless list. I replaced all 3 pumps in the washer bottle as the rear window and headlight washers did not function. Before I reassembled I thought I would test them, still no rear and headlight wash, I also noticed that the headlight wipers were not going. I have checked the relevant fuses/relay and they are fine. I have attached a DVM to the connectors and there is no voltage when operating the switches. The windscreen wash is fine and the screen and rear wiper work fine. Before I start to rip everything apart is there a common connector hidden somewhere that would account for these non functioning items? The low level warning also doesn't function, however, it hasn't since I have had the old girl (11 years) the other items did however. Any ideas?

Correct me if Im wrong but don't headlight wipers only work every 3rd go when main wipers working. Was my understanding any anyway Will stand to be corrected as am not too sure . Mine only work when main ones on anyway

I have them on my ‘95 DT. Odd since DT’s tend to have low line becm, but HL wipers work off the high line becm?

They only go every few times the front wipers and lights are on as mentioned above. Maybe there is error with becm, maybe motors are fooked, maybe they work but you’ve not noticed,

do your headlights get dirty??

Headlamps must be on. Headlamp wash/wipe will work on first then every third application of windscreen wiper.

Finally managed to sort the headlight wipe/wash issue sorted, some bad wires (how unusual...)
The rear screen wash is still a no go, new pump installed (and tested) but no joy, there is no voltage at the connector when the button is pressed. I was hoping that the corrected wiring issue would resolve it but alas poor Yorick, this was not to be ;)
