I've had a look around but can anyone reccomend any auction sites other than ebay and modsales for used Defenders? I imagine that the shear number of people looking on ebay inflates the going rate there, so might do better elsewhere

Keep an eye out EVERYWHERE, gumtree, local adds, autotrader, pistonheads, it doesn't happen very often, but sometimes people don't know what they've got. They just think its an old Landy, so isn't worth much. That's were the rocking horse **** bargains come from
. Was actually thinking of asking my old man to put a want up on the notice board of our rural local - **** loads of farmers round there who'll probably have a barn Landy somewhere!
