i used do have an orian ghia that looked like an old mans car but was a production model of the touring car spec of 91 was only a 1.8 but had dohc injun built by mclaren
used ter shock boy racers and ****ers wi porches etc with it just for fun

musta had a **** load o paving flags to keep the bastid on the road with that sort of power, my 3.0 was a pig on the back end as standard, used to have to keep a back of cement in the back to stop it stepping out in the rain
600bhp in a cappa!! , mine was only a 2.0 and it would loose its self on any bend

I'm not doubting you at all... However I don't remember the orions being used in the touring cars. I remember the texaco sierra cosworths and the mondeos but not the orions. What year did they use them just out of curiosity?
I'm too young to have been there but as an avid motor racing fan and a mechanic I take great intrest in motorsport. Those sierras were sweet though
