Assalamu Alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh (May the peace of Allah descend upon you and His Mercy and Blessings) or Assalamu Alaykum (Peace be upon) is the greeting to Muslims, the reply being Wa Alaykum Assalamu (Peace also upon you)

us cockneys get all confused if it dunt rhymme
 
actually it'd not be the first time I heard someone shout Eh up Mohammed across the street to greet a friend.

Bradford has it own unique dialect - a friend informs me when visits relative in Pakistan they say he speaks Urdu with a funny Yorkshire accent.
