I think you will find that the Councils approach to peeps taking rubble (Other suitable fillers are available) and placing it on to (into) a green lane is oh-facially considered fly-tipping. The reasons, as far as they are concerned are irrelevant .Why would we be fly tipping?
That is why it would be useful for the adjacent land owners to be on-side, if we were to carry out such activities. It certainly would be stooped to upset the local landowners. It might be also necessary to use earth moving equipment - again some thing frowned upon by the local council; in the same way they frown upon peeps with chainsaws clearing blockages unless they have public liability licenses etc. Tis all H&S, don't ya know..
