..... all work and no play for me at the moment. But we need to get out. Lets do the 23rd then. You should only miss a couple of hours Em, not too bad?
Andy got a cool new lane to show you near the punch bowl. Max took us down it last time we went out. I never knew it was there.

Save the lane for me toooo :)

Got MOT this week, new exhaust, master cyclinder broken so that's in on Thursday, fingers crossed she's in a fit state to move on Sunday! Who knows, we might even get time to put the right handside rockslider on!! Doubtful though!!

Sounds good Paul.

Ive still not fixed my drivers window (god bless gaffer tape) and the horizontal rain has got into her everywhere, but the engine still runs so it'll be fine.

The freelander is less happy at the moment, I slammed the back door onto a length of conduit friday and ended up with the conduit sticking through the glass!

attached few pictures from last saturday. started off bocketts farm and did around a 2 hour or so laning, but at some point had to turn back due to collapsed trees etc...
it was good fun though as i had my remote control car with me...

What sort of condition were the lanes in ?

they werent really bad, a lot of gates are locked though so i probably took the ones which are fairly less flooded. some of them are blocked with collapsed trees etc which can be pulled away but i didnt have the rope or anything at the time to pull them off...

the gates are locked coz ur not meant to go up there lol

ohh right cos i saw a group of dirt bikers who told me a lot of gates are locked up due to flooding

They might have temporary TRO's on the lanes because of how wet it's been. You could try finding out from the council, but I usually find them less than helpful as there's rarely a dedicated person dealing with byways

Would love to join you guys this week! Got transfer box trouble at the moment! If fixed by then I'm hoping to head to Slindon for their pay and play day

I've got one sat ere stripped ready to put in if you need it to get you by.. It's not 100% but she's got a lot of life left!!

If we're still all going Sunday I'll have to leave sort of 2/3pm as am working the eavning but can still do a good few lanes before hand..
Me new rear shocks can't wait to have a stretch hahaa

Passed!!!!!!!! Now just clutch and I'll be ready to roll!!

Spent nearly £900 on her this year so far - after Thursday will be in the £1000 mark, she's practically a new car! :( :(
