I went to a Pay & Play site just before Christmas in Wigan. Its not usually my thing at all and the last time I went it was a bit dicey to be honest.
I've since become mates with one of the organisers so I thought I would go and give it another go. There is the usual selection of man-made type obstacles but I got the guided tour around some of the lane type routes there are there and I have to say it was a bit of fun and quite closely replicated some of the lanes I've done in Wales. Lots of mud, wading, winching and some interesting climbs.
