Governments plan for pay as you drive taxing

I received an email from my brother today about the proposed pay as you drive scheme, together we can stop this bloody money grabbing goverenment from stitching up the motorist even more than they do already, the email is below with a link to no. 10's website, please sign the petition............

I tell you what! might not be the right thread but I'm gunna say it anyway!!

Just got back from a trip too blighty,getting off the boat in Calais early evening the kin road out of the port looked like summet out of a "Mad Max" film!! kin every nationality under the "moon" loitering around trying to blag a trip to the U.K!! Hundreds of em!! **** believe it!!
Pished me off so much,I had the window down telling em to pish off home until the wife bollocked me that is!!
