general grabber AT2 on defender steels?

hi guys

I want some classic defender steel wheels back on my tractor. Does anyone know if General grabber AT2 235/85/R16's will fit as the tyres are almost new and id hate to have to buy some rims and new tyres

since when did having different wheels mean that certain tyres cant fit?

If they are round... and 16"... and the right rim width what are you thinking is the problem?

its the width, im unsure whether a 235 would fit on the rims

I don't know, I havnt bought them yet still waiting to find a set with in a reasonable distance and price.

well 235 85 16's are pretty standard. They will fit I am sure.

For what they cost new... why not just order them? At least they will look tidy!

hmmm been searching and it seems that its not recommended to fit 235's to standard 5.5 steels and such should only be fitted to the wide 6.5 130 wheels oh well il have to find a decent set of second hand wheels and tyres and sell mine
