Hi I am interested in doing some greenlaning and but before I use your company I just have a few questions.
Are you insured to lead groups offroad.?
Are all the routes you drive fully legal and in the event that the group is prosecuted for driving on private land who would be responsible for paying any fines or court costs?
What is the maximum size of group that you take out?
Do you follow the GLASS guidelines when offroading.
Approximately how long does an average day out last for/
Yours truly

Due to the high costs of putting runs on, eg insurance, fuel, vehicle maintenance, paying other leaders, the legal situation on the tracks now the NERC act is in, and on the tracks which is changing all the time, new laws, etc we have decided we will not be doing any greenlaning 4x4 runs in the foreseeable future for anyone we don't know. We will only be doing the odd runs occasionally for friends who have been with us before.[/FONT]

This tells me the guy is a **** who doesn't have any insurance doesn't follow the GLASS code and takes as many people as he can get. regardless of the size of the group.
