Looks like the pistons in your caliper have seized.

1. remove the caliper and brake pads from the car
2. pump out pistons 5mm with brake pedal
3. clean pistons with brake cleaner and an old toothbrush
4. reset pistons into caliper with a G clamp
5. work pistons in and out to free them off (see 2 and 4)
6. see 4
7. refit caliper and brake pads then reset the pistons to working clearance with the brake pedal - check brake fluid level !!
8. take car for a spin and test brakes

Sorted

Oh you guys.. Aha well they turned up, tbh ive never had to fix a binding brake before so wouldnt want to even attempt it by the side of the road.. Anyone got any tips for tommorow morning? What should i be checking?

rusty pistons. or bent brakepad retaining pins. or somethinmg stuck in there.

Right well now im ****ed, the AA sent out some blokes called KartecUK as sub contractors, once picked up i had to drive the landy nto the back of the truck, and then the bloke proceeded to smoke, text, facebook, make personal phone calls, not wear a seat belt and drive like a ****ing maniac.

As a result of this **** poor driving, i now dont have a hand brake nor can i select hi-lo box...

What has this man DONE to me..
