Resorted to a dremel cutter on mine - with just the rim left seized in the head casting.....grrr - came off once it was in about 3 pieces.....(I did have water and soaked rags around in case of sparks, but its only diesel...... ) Cheers A

Poor little engine... Might want to take the rocker cover off and have a look at the top end, may be like marmite in there
