Yup - I been promoting it for the last 8 years on here.

i thunk it were the hot coolant sat in the injun after switch off that caused probs
that's what I saidit is - the coolant contacts hotspots in the cooling passages and boils, thereby creating an insulating barrier of air which exacerbates the problem - that is called cavitation - similar to cavitation produced by impeller blades on pumps.
have any of you seen head ,liner egde, gasket eroded?that's what I said
have any of you seen head ,liner egde, gasket eroded?
not sure what you mean ,cavitation seems unlikely cause compared to more logical reasonstipped loose liners and erosion into head-hence fire shim
how do you know its the cause without seeing evidence ,lr swore blind 3.9 v8s on were porus ,everyone i bored liners out of was cracked ,and on lh bank as before later water pump early one biases coolant to rh side ,what causes crack expansion ratesI aint gonna argue - I am sick n tired of it. .

On R118, the relay trigger wire is a Brown/Pink wire - the power wire to the fan is Brown/Red (unless its been wired with Trailer wire ). You will need a diode if connecting to the N/K wire, or via relay if connecting to the N/R.
No ones said burn it yet?????
