Fob locking problem

Hello, I have posted simmering on here before regarding the above, but cannot seem to find it now.
Someone replied saying that there was a problem with my 'rf' receiver aerial having a bad earth which is causing the intermittent operation fault. My td5 is a twin sunroof model. From memory the aerial is behind the rear sun roof. Can anyone confirm that this is correct, & this is likely to be my problem, or alternatively what is my possible cause/fault?

The RF receiver is in front of the rear sunroof btw the roof and headlining.

If you go to the Disco section and look at the first sticky "buying / alarm issues", open the attachment, it will have info useful to you.

Nay problems,

As said any help needed then shout out............If it does not work then other options will need to be looked at.
If it has got wet, then in the short term putting it on a rad may hep out. But it will probably fail in the future.

May help if you put up your general location.
