Yup!
The HK headunit has power and control wires which match up to your ISO lead but the speaker wires bit is a different kettle of fish.
The output from the HK unit goes to the amp under the seat with <1v output to be amplified to speaker level output. You cant feed your amp with the speaker level outputs from your new headunit.
What you need to do is simple, but time consuming.
Remove the HK amplifier from under the seat. The multiplug left behind has a number of contacts on it, a few are power, ground and remote ON. You won't need them.
There will be 8 wires from the head unit. The others are + and - for each of the four door speakers and two pair for the subwoofer in the boot floor.
Each of the door speakers have wires which are like coloured, sorry but I didnt make a note of the colours when I did it so you will have to do the whole job.
Find the 8 wires from behind the head unit by using a multimeter set to Ohms and match them up to the ones under the seat. Just ping them out, its easy.
That leaves you with the ones to the speakers and the power etc.
As the speakers are colour coded (grey/white - grey black etc) you can find which pairs go to which speaker.
Now its a simple case of connecting the new head unit through. Left front output to left front speaker etc.
I bought a cheap 5 channel amp from fleabay and put it under the seat so the sub would be in the system.

This guy did it different to me, I just cut the wires and reterminated.
