I'm putting a false floor in this one so I can hide my forestry kit underneath along with recovery gear and camping stuff. This rad haz kit has saved on buying plywood now! I will countersink and bolt stable matting on top of the ply. I just need to work out how to build the full length drawer underneath. I have basic carpentry skills!! Lol

Yep, I was impressed with that stable matting that Station House has in his and am wondering if it's soft enough to sleep on without any matress, have had a good look at it on ebay and it's certainly thick enough, 10 to 18 mm the stuff I saw.

It's about £30 odd quid for a 6x4 or 8x4 piece up here. If you have a self inflating mat on it it's comfy as hell.

Where abouts is "up here" I'm in Perthshire, Scotland. I was considering looking round some of the horsey type suppliers, but had a gander on Ebay for a rough idea. I have a local Veterinary supplier and a Scottish Farmers supplier very close by.

Sorry I'm in Herefordshire, so prob "down here" would have been more appropriate! Lol. It was a countrywide sort of place. Any horsey place will do a good deal. May even have off cuts.

you wouldnt even need to do that. you can put the front section in, then put the rear section in, then put the middle section in overlapping the front and rear.

Do you recon you could do it the other way the middle section being overlapped by the front and rear???

I've just spent rather a long time taking measurements of my 110 and I reckon the front section will come just about to the crossbar above and behind the seats (I assume 90's are the same size up front.) If you overlap the front over the middle I think you might find it more awkward to roll it up if you wanted to, though if you have no side windows then you probably wouldn't have any need to roll it up.

Buuut, If you don't overlap the panels, there would be a nice 10" x 115"(approx.) strip to play with for above the back door? Behind the seats? The rear inside of the bulkhead? The panels at the sides of the back door? Cover a home made cubby box? Or any of a multitude of other things you might fancy.

HI Trevington,

Unfortunately you are breaking the roolz by posting a wanted ad here, You need 50 posts to place an ad in the wanted section , or you can post as a newbie in the Anything goes wanted section.

However, you may be better served searching the EX MOD websites for one, withams etc.

Cheers

LOL,...You are not the first, and will not be the last.........:p:p...

Here is the link to Anything goes, you can place the post there for wanted stuff, when you get more posts, you can do that in the wanted / sales section.

OK, Not going to bother with the link, You already found it..............Fair play.........:)

Hope you find what you are looking for. Altho, I still think an Ex MOD place might be your best bet to find a thing like this.

Cheers

thanks for the tip. all tucked in now

i gave the wooden blocks a wiggle this morning after leaving them overnight, and they came right off. evo grip isnt good enough. so im gona try silkaflex instead.
gave the back wall another coat of paint, and my moms gona sew me the curtain. ive swapped out the very last bolt in the top of the side panel towards the back, for a 4 inch 10mm bolt sticking up wards, with 2 nuts on the end. this is high enough and sturdy enough to put the elasticated curtain rail wire thing on, ill add pics when its all finished so you can see what i mean
Tigerseal works better than anything Mate. Did you rough up the sticking surface first?
