Hi all, long time lurker here and I think its come time to say goodbye to the beastie. Sorry if its not the place, I know I cant put an ad here cos of the spammers, but wondering if anyone can sanity check this? Its a 110, J reg with a galvanised chassis and 240000 miles. Recently replaced gearbox (recon) but everything else is pretty standard. The bulkhead is going to need some love as its rotting in places but otherwise its a decent runner. I was wondering about putting it up for 7-8k - does that seem reasonable?

240.000 and requires a bulkhead then it’s realistically £3000 - £3500.

Stick it on Ebay for your price and see what happens, might sell might not.
LRparts bought one not that long ago for £5500 with no MOT and crap bulkhead.
Videos on YouTube.

I would say if it is a station wagon you will easily get that price. Hardtop maybe not but still worth a try. depends how extensive the bulkehad rot is, may be an easy repair may be a new galv replacement, but they are far cheaper and easier to get hold of now than they ever used to be.
