Exhaust/intake manifold sealant

Hi All, I am going to use one a one piece gasket between the head and the exhaust/intake manifold Exhaust manifold gasket - 4cyl Petrol - Paddock Spares would you use a sealant as well? Thanks
(I know that the green bible says only use gasket on the intake, thanks!)

I would just use the gasket. Make sure you tighten the manifolds up evenly or you could get an air leak (inlet manifold) or exhaust blow.
