Well another day another Landy this one has some goodies on it and i made dam sure i checked every thing from top to bottom this time there a few bits am gonna transfer from the blue one very pleased with it even has rear boot storage .. but i may remove that as i need the full boot space...few pics have started takeing all the stickers of the side panels ..not my cup of tea.

How much for the storage racks and what are they like inside?

Just empty drawers are they? Guessing they not bolted down or anything?

One draw is a full open draw and the other one has sections in it

Good luck on that front ...i went there few weeks back to get a quote on the landy for some work ...the impression i got was that if its a big money landy there are interested come on in lol the guy was helpfull enough to point me to some one else who allso said could do the jobs waste of time he was :doh:

They have told me the price to do what i need as long as it is that... Worth a try i spose!

Whats wrong with the suspension ? they gonna recalibrate it get rid of the bags and convert to springs ...

Its had everything new, but it randomly deflates on one corner. Possible faulty sensor or theyre not calibrated correctly. If all else fails, coils will be fitted!

I had same sort of issue pass side was a few degrees out had it recalibrated job done never had any issues from then ..

Mine literally goes to the bump stops. Turn the ignition off for 5 mins, restart and back up again! Doesnt deflate overnight so its not leaking so can only presume its the new but presumably faulty sensor

Advice please guys

Right as you know my situation with the fella whos ####ed me over, well turns out his disappeared, spoke to his family the place he works etc and no one knows where he is, he also has his brother motorbike and stuff. Turns out he is on drugs now etc then went for no one to find him for now a month. Long and short im not going to be getting stuff anytime soon. Anyway the Landrover 90 is due back Saturday, as far as im aware it doesnt have the gear box in and the injectors on the engine (new ones should be with it) other then that its as i left it with him. Im now going to be selling it as that sort of job to get it working is far beyond me and i have lost a bit of want with this car. My wife YES my WIFE!! said 'babe get an old discovery, then we can come out with the baby, the dog can come out and get muddy then you can take it green laning still etc". So my advise i need is can i get a half decent Discovery for under £1000 im happy to tinker and "do up" over time but it needs to be running with MOT & Tax would be perfect.

second bit of advice is what is a Landrover 90 worth with a good chassis and bulk head slight welding in footwell needed also needs engine attention and gearbox install??

Looks good that one Spankee, wouldn't mind having a look at the storage setup before you remove it. Want to build something for mine so be handy to get some measurements.

Having a little fix it day down the barn on Saturday, all are welcome.
Hoping to get mine working again so I can go to Essex off road Sunday.

I could bring my gearbox up to change if you fancy lending a hand.

Blue one sold and gone collected this evening ....just 3 more panel stickers to remove on the new landy and sort arches out then hit some lanes I will prob remove the draw section Sir Chris c...will get some better pic tomorrow
