Essex lanes

Doubt it much be much longer than the drive to Wales.
I did the 368 mile trip from Earls Colne to a truck stop on the old M74 near Ayrshire in 8 and a half hours on Sunday, including a 45 minute break and fuel stop.
Not bad for an old Volvo with abnormal load restricted to 54mph! :)

Well tried changing the alternator this evening.

Sorry for dropping this one in. Does anyone know of any landy friendly MOT stations in, or close to, Colchester, Essex? Mines due in August and I want to get it booked in somewhere that understands land rovers.
