Thats why its been so quiet round here!
Hi people, just brought some sexy looking chequar plating for my car (black not chavvy silver)
Just noticed a kinda knocking sound from front off side, not all the time just occasionally when i turn! sounds like a bull joint or wishbone-yes I know the landy doesn't have either of them but that's what it sounds like! Any ideas?? Any volunteers wanna show me how to fix it lol?? (I ain't even got a highlift jack) wink wink Brian or Chris
I'm back on Friday 5th so if anyone fancies a bit of laning on the Saturday 6th or sunday 7th that could be good

Can't seem to find a decat for my 200! I need to solve my diff oil leak today, am gonna check breather cos apparently if its blocked the air will just push out thru the gasket! quote]
Fit some extended breathers and a snorkel its easy to do, its going to be a wet winter...., I hope, cold as well.
Someone said to me once that the disco decat pipe was the same as a defender, have you phoned John Cradocks, they seem to have some weid and wonderfull stuff Let me know how the decat goes, I am thinking of doing it as well, I got a blanking kit on my xmas list from the kids, as well as a A bar, and.... and.....and.
Hopefully get my water pump done at the weekend,
We got to caravan at 5pm on Monday and by 4.59pm on the Tuesday I handed the keys back at reception and said "I'm checking out" they said was everything ok .....before they finished there sentence I had mounted the grass verge and done a u-turn and was on the M2 (couldn't of done that without my 2" lift)
Someone said to me once that the disco decat pipe was the same as a defender,
Yep it is the same, but you have a bit more noise as the pipe is solid (no flexie bit in the middle)
Fitted one to the wife's disco, it's a little crisper & the turbo spins up easyer.
Well i had a strange day yesterday. I tried to repair the Landy and i was successful!
And not wanting to annoy Stu but changing the water pump was very easy with no drama, also changed the aux belt and tension.
Plus picked up a second hand 300tdi alternator so chucked that on and now the battery is charged and i can see in the dark again!
