I'm pretty sure the golfs realistically beyond repair. All panels are still available but it'll never be right again. Best bet would be to get as much as you can out of them and use it to by better, and maybe end up with extra to put towards other stuff.
Such a shame. That golfs been on my ramp and it was indeed a minter. Bet Sams in tears. I know I would be.
That guy needs stringing up for dangerous driving for sure. Good job no one was walking past.
I'd also look into that insurance thing with regard to the disco. The cars were unoccupied so not SAMs insurances liability I'm sure.

It's going like it was in the ' i cant believe its summer' when we had that flooding. A12 was horrendous!

I would consider talking to insurance ombudsman reference your rights. We can all speculate but they would be able to give you a definitive answer before you proceed.

Yer that Golf is dead I wouldnt want it repaired as its too much work, just get as much money as you can for it and move on

Corsa i presume unless it was an underwater life that done it lol

check the axle on the disco could be bent, also the front radius arms and mounting points on the chassis and swivel ball, as they could well be bent/cracked also, if its managed to bend tha panhard rod. If there is now clicking most likely a cv which would indicate bent axle, you would not want the swivel ball falling off in a couple of weeks time causing another accident that would then be directed at your insurance. You must document the damage to the disco just incase, or replace front axle all the repairs will come from the tw@t in the corsa, I would have rung the old bill and made them attend they may have then prosecuted him/her, was it the chap in the stripy shirt and girl in skirt ?

The Police did attend so thats all sorted. But i agree, thoroughly check the Disco!

On close inspection the landy seems fine. I would not want an insurance company writing it off for a steering bar, panhard rod and a bumper.
