good stuff, seems you have had a better day than me, I took mine home and on the way it stopped charging (battery light on) and got rather hot, not in the red but at the top of the white... Im guessing the belts slipping as the alternator/pump are on the same pulley, its odd as its tight and a brand new belt. Im wondering if maybe the alternator is seizing up and dragging the belt but its wet and dark now so tomorrow I will have a look...

on a plus side I sold my Audi so I have almost paid myself back for the defender...

Drizz what car bits you got?

Unlucky Jon - hope it all works out for yourself pal - you just got that as well. Joys of second hand ah! Mine does need the drivers side door to open from the inside but there we are no problems with winding the window down and sticking your arm out haha

Ive scrapped most of it! Ive got a transit roof rack/light bar, side bars, Large FMIC, and a working engine coffee table

Lightbar??? With Lights??? Can it fit a defender ;)

Now theres an idea! It might fit mine when its done! Hmmmmm

hahaha - no the bumper came with it! Shame the bloody parts are not inter-changable. Then i could of put them wheels on my defender haha.

Dont think that will fit Drizz haha

Well five fords done and a few lanes.
By the time I got to dunmow it was dark. The ford was about 3ft. Took me by surprise when the initial splash went halfway up the windscreen. Definitely one to visit after rain.
Baddow was just below 2 ft and Terling was its normal 2ft. Nounsley was only 1ft.

I'm not about on Sunday, so have fun.

best way to check is to cover the snorkle with your hand, if it goes to die then its sealed, if you hear high pitched whining, whistling or sucking noises then its got a leak somewhere...

Have you done your waing kit yet? Your axle breathers only go up to floor height as standard so will need extending, same as box and tank breathers...
