so still keep finding more rot:mad:, defo could not put a winch on the front of here as it would prob rip right off, now contemplating what to do, should i just plate and weld up as best as can for mot and save up for a new chasis or not bother and take off the road and start stripping while i save up for a new chassis although little man wont be happy with that?

I would just plate the **** out of it, as long as its good enough for an MOT who cares, if your gonna re-chassis it then it only needs to do, doesn't need to be perfect...

Good job you have the steering guard, theres not much else holding the front chassis together . Just cut back and weld up, should be fine, give it a good wash out first, weld it then spray it with a good rust converter and check the rest of the chassis.
