Nice set of boots there Brian.

Did not think I would ever see you with more then a standard Disco mate great to see.

Just a quick thought tho from your pic, the front bumper end caps, they look like they may catch a bit with articulation, have you checked ,be a shame to lose one for the sake of a quick check and a trim.

"Welcome and Hello"
There's quite a few of us around Colchester/Witham/Braintree and we normally all go out together around Essex.

Keep an eye on this thread, you will be more than welcome to join us.

I was planing on getting a few of us together on the evening of the 21st but unless we get some rain it's gonna be pointless!

Cheers let me know it only a standard disco at momment at2 on front but hoping to get the spanners out soon.

It seems the disco is back and working again. Fookin bearings I tell you :( :( :( It had to happen a day before we go  I just hope they don't fail on the way there or back.......

The Britpart ones I fitted as a tester lasted less than 500 miles. It is riding on OE ones now.

I have dumped some more PU sealant around the snorkel and airbox, checked all breathers and they're all good.

The one hole I had in the top of the fuel tank turned into 5!!   Lesson learned lol always take your fuel tank out when drilling above in the boot area

Cleaned all the **** out from inside and am now going to grab a few nibbles for on the way there. And I need to grab a new sat nav from Halfords so I know where I'm going.

Good your all sorted now gave me a fright last night when you said you had to sort so many things out first. So me and Graham will meet you at the end of M11 junction with A14 about 4.30 CB channel 20.

I'll have my iphone and work phone with me so either number is good when we need to chat.

It is drivable again... far from comfortable but it should be fine now fingers crossed. It will basically be a full refurb of the running gear and braking system over the winter which is the only bit that I haven't really done yet. So it's not too bad I guess considering I bought it blind as I usually do.
