Guy, I am going to have to do some serious grovelling to get the missus to let me out on that one! Seven o'clock start, that's approaching my imposed curfew. I would love to come but I'll have to see what I can do - Maybe I could buy her a present or something:doh:

Yea it will be a late one, ya probably wouldn't get home much b4 12.

Unless we get some seriously wet weather might not bother.

You could always bring ya mrs along (I bet she wouldn't get stuck on a tree root) Hehehehe

Luckily mate he's actualy sleeping but he's counting his sleeps:D he knows when he goes to sleep it's one less sleep till he goes, but all he does all day know is watch videos on utube of land rovers laning in Wales, think he will prob know all the routes better than us when we get there:D:D
 
if anybody needs some straps for towing etc I have a thew 4tone 6meter lifting straps free to collector.I'm in upminster area if anybody wants them come and get them.

Well, I'm nearly ready now. Had a few hours this morning after helping our neighbour sort his cows out that escaped last night then went home and sorted a few supplies out.

I then took a look in my biodiesel tank.......... just dregs :eek: :mad: Phoned up the supplier and he is going to try and get another IBC to me by tomorrow afternoon but he can't guarantee it :( I seem to have used the best part of 1000 litres over a month :eek::eek::eek:

Oh and I found the mice had been at my aerobeds in the loft so will have to grab another from somewhere sharpish.

Looks like this trip is going to be quite expensive :doh: But still, it's only money... it'll be worth it :D

I offered for her to come along in the past but I really don't think she will like it mate.

We will have to keep an eye on the weather and if we have quite a bit of rain before then I'll see what I can do:D

I would be interested and can get to Upminster in my travels.

Can you PM me your number and I will sort out collection, hopefully before Wales.

Speaking of Wales, I fitted my new wheels today and have cut away some bodywork that I hope will stop any contact. I also brought a diff guard for the front diff.

Apart from packing everything into the truck I am just about ready... :D

Keep an eye on this thread, you will be more than welcome to join us.

I was planing on getting a few of us together on the evening of the 21st but unless we get some rain it's gonna be pointless!

Good as new! Just needs a new bumper and the headlight adjusting. Just shows that nearly anything is possible and the insurers are a waste! If we didn't repair this, it'd of been scrapped as a whole, not broken for parts, just scrapped.

Good job Stu!
