Next has to be a lift was looking at
Co Pang yangs last night and his set up maybe a bit to advanced for me as a total new starter to this so looking to go for a 2 inch lift springs and shocks maybe terrafirma gear

Hi people,

I have been following your thread with great interest ever since I upgraded from my Vitara green laner several months back. I now have a Discovery 200 Tdi which I bought with my brother about six months ago. Since then we have upgraded it with lots of off road goodies inc mud tyres, diff, steering and tank guards, Safari snorkel & breather kit, Pro Comp (standard height) suspension, CB etc....

Anyway. Would any of you mind if me and my brother tagged along on Sunday in our Discovery? I can assure you we are not hooligans that disrespect the lanes.

I have Memory Maps on my laptop with GPS and have highlighted all the byways, UCR, and Fords in Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Kent and some of Herts if that helps.

I have attached a few pictures of my Discovery as I know how much you guys like pictures.

Did a few bits today but got bored and fed up. Got the main part of the bumper on some brackets...



Then started on the end caps.

Nope, well, unless I get my ass into gear and sort these bushes out. Drove back from Essex last night and it was clonking and banging like a bastard - not risking offroading it as if it goes, I'll have twin steering

Yeah sounds good to me. Does anyone have a good route? I don't know enough of the lanes in essex to lead to be honest. Shall we say 10ish?

10.30 is about as early as i can get there, so all welcome for 10ish. mcD at freeport braintree, probably have to improvise a route so any one with maps, mm etc bring them and we can sort a route over a coffee. If anyone has a passenger ( probably not little man )maybe they could read maps, no pressure!!.
Nick can you email the route you got if poss. send you my email.

Bloody hell mate , what time do you get up in the morning. Was it you that said about getting a lappy for MM and needed tom tom sat nav thing, if it was i think i might have one, it was left by a tenant will bring it with me tomorrow.

Cool, Thanks! I'll be there. I'll bring my laptop with MM & GPS in case it is required.

Well I am off to Matts tomorrow morning, change out my rear quarter panel, and see what I can do with this
