Ermm.. What is the best way to create a thread to keep us all in contact & up to date?

I cannot see a way here (in this forum) for us to tag our details for enrolment into a (opt out) e-mail thing.
Or am I stupid.

Yes, but I was hoping for an opt-in list such that if any one was going to organise an event all interested peeps would get at least an e-mail.

Otherwise all communication is lost.
