Well, I agree cos mine's in the garage. If it was indispensable it would be under the seat.You know if they were any good, then no Landy would ever be sold with one. As it would get purloined to use in other vehicles. I think it is almost guaranteed that if it was std equipment then you will still find it fitted in its original space and it will be untouched.

I find the hand brake works well until the cable snaps and it rolls into a fence... (always park in gear)
