Electrical Issues - 110HiCap TD5

Hi - anyone got any pointers where to start with this ?? .....came back from 3 weeks hols to find that when I press the brake pedal front sidelights come on with heads on but just dim! (brakelights working OK). Any hints ??

Check the rear light earth points.
