Mines a Nanocom MSV2 Extreme. Did you resolve the problem? I've been on the BBS forum,the message is discussed but without a resolution.
Then etch the new EKA in a safe space.
So will I mate,I cannot even ask the grandson.
Nanocom will not retrieve the EKA code. If the BECM is unlocked EKA is visible as is the fob code. If the BECM is locked (normal factory condition) neither are visible. Nanocom cannot unlock the BECM.
I wasn't sure so I didn't say anything post#18did have me wondering hence post#19.
Found this Brian,I haven't tried it yet,still in the pit.click Vehicle Explorer icon >R click> run as administrator good luck.
