evening you cheerful bunch

ive got the centrebox removal pipe and no cat in my landy, it sounds sweet but my question is if I remove the last small box from the end of the exhaust will it make a difference to the noise or will it not be noticeable?
 
dont think back pressure is so essential on diesels .
but why take it out not going to make any marked difference imho
