I once hand painted a Triumph 2500 with a can of Dulux from woolworths thinned with a gallon of petrol and a camel hair brush, the brush was by far the most expensive item. The car started as green but I painted it maroon. It turned out bloody fantastic. The wife refused to believe it was the same car.
