When was the last time you checked that you've still got that bit of old, fading paper in your wallet, got it out, made sure that you can still read the number on it and then tried it on your car?

Would you rather do it today or wait until the car throws a wobbly and refuses to play one night, in a dark car park, in the rain, miles from home?

Just a thought.

And a damn good one too Dogsy!

Had to use mine so much in the begining it's burnt into memeory now but those that haven't "had the pleasure"..........check you have your EKA!!!

Have mine, but it's no the printed card in the Docs they came with so still nice and clear(but have also put it down somewhere else just in case).

Got my EKA when I had to buy a new key fob when I first got the car. The nice man at Westover Landrover got me a copy of the original certificate with all the info on it including EKA radio code etc. Mind you, I have never tried it! should be getting my new remote receiver today so maybe I will need it, hopefully not. Watch this space.

I changed the PIN number on my most frequently used bank card to my EKA number.
So I use my EKA number almost every day.
